If you think Monty might be a good match for you, I suggest filling out an Online Adoption Application. The application is in no way binding, it helps us further the adoption process and figure out if you and Willy are a good match.
I also highly recommend putting down a deposit via Pay Pal along with the application. A deposit shows that you are serious and the dog will be put on hold for you until the adoption process is completed. It doesn't guarantee approval, and if for any reason the adoption does not go through, the deposit will be refunded to you in full.
